Edden joined PortfolioMetrix in February 2015. He has over 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry, beginning his career at Old Mutual in 1994 after which he joined Marriott Asset Management as an investment specialist. Edden was approached by Acsis to join its team where he spent nearly four years in a national role as a practice development manager. This role was career-defining as it soon became evident that his passion lay in assisting independent financial advisers to enhance and grow their businesses and run them more efficiently. Key elements of the role and the successes achieved were the implementation of financial planning, investment, and business processes. He then joined Nedgroup Investments, where he spent six years, culminating in his appointment as Head of Business Consulting. His primary responsibility was the delivery of business consulting and practice management to a select group of independent financial advisers nationally.
