Kevin has an extensive career in financial services, serving in many executive positions. From 1989-1992, he was part of the leadership team that founded TMA Investment Services – a pioneering business that disrupted the industry through the launch of new-generation platform (LISP) business. Thereafter, he worked for MMI Holdings for 17 years, where he held various executive positions in investment distribution and marketing, culminating in the appointment as CEO of RMB Unit Trusts. In 2015, he joined RMI Investment Managers as the Head of Retail Distribution where he worked very closely with the various investment boutiques where RMIIM had acquired a strategic equity stake. In 2018, he formed The Collaborative Exchange, a strategic advisory and specialist research business that also holds the intellectual property rights for SA’s largest investment conferences (The Investment Forum, Meet the Managers, Alternative Investments Forum, The Investment Think-Tank and The Financial Planning Summit).
